Have you been thinking about changing your job for something more challenging and interesting? We have that challenge you’ve been looking for as Ascot Radiology’s Customer Service team is looking for the right person to join them.
The person we have in mind will be a quick learner, have loads of common sense, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, is a competent typist, likes people, speaks and writes excellent English and if they are a Mandarin or Cantonese speaker as well, that will be an advantage.
The role is complex, dealing with patients who have appointments and those who don’t, taking payments, making appointments, ensuring that the details are correct and providing exceptional customer service to both patients and the wider business. Dependant on your typing skills you may also help with typing medical reports.
You will be part of a supportive team and, while based mainly at our Remuera branches, you will also assist at our AUT Millennium and Parnell locations. There is the opportunity to become a modality booking specialist at a later date.
If this sounds like you, please email Janne Pender for a position description and application form: email@example.com
We are growing and need to increase our General Radiography department staffing level. We are looking for a General Radiographer who also has an interest in CT, with a view to training early next year.

- Has excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, some varying start times and one late shift every two weeks or so. There is a small amount of weekend and rostered on-call work. While most of the work will be at our Remuera branch, the flexibility to work between there, AUT Millennium on the North Shore and Mauranui Clinic in Epsom is required.
Among other things, we offer the opportunity to work in a supportive friendly organisation, free parking, (the Greenlane train station a very short distance away), uniform and other staff benefits
